The Challenge

The incumbent easyGroup website looked and felt very dated in presentation when compared to other company portal website and was deemed to be neither user friendly or easy to update.

In contrast, the challenge was to prepare a new website that allowed for the simple management, presentation and promotion of news and communications about the easy group whilst being fully responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop.

The Solution

We needed to ensure that the content of the new website was structured in a logical way to meet audience information needs and organisation objectives. Propositions and key messages were to be articulated in a clear and motivating way and the tone of voice be consistent and in line with the easy brand. This was achieved by:

• Presenting the various areas of the website clearly and in a logical and informative way.
• Presenting news and updates to keep the website up-to-date and refreshed.
• Preparing an attractive website that engages with the various target audiences and organisations that come looking at easy.
• Producing a responsive website that presents attractively to users independent of the device they arrive at the website on – eg. mobile, tablet or desktop.
• Supported by an easy to use CMS with fully trained staff and ongoing support.
